Acceptance of terms
By using ZEUS Tech Assessment, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We may update them at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
ZEUS Tech Assessment currently serves entities operating within India.
Account registration & responsibilities
Use a valid work email to register (no social logins).
You’re responsible for your credentials and activity under your account.
ZEUS Tech Assessment may suspend or terminate accounts that breach Terms or misuse the Platform.
ZEUS provides:
MCQ and coding assessments
AI proctoring (face, screen, mic)
Plagiarism detection
Auto-scoring + PDF reports
Email branding + templates
Dashboard analytics
Bulk question uploads
We may enhance or discontinue features without notice.
Data ownership & confidentiality
Your company owns all test content, results, and candidate data.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest (hosted on AWS).
ZEUS Tech Assessment only accesses your data with consent or as required by law.
Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for performance insights.
Intellectual property
All platform IP belongs to Crebos International Holding Group.
You get a non-exclusive, revocable license for internal recruitment use.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reuse ZEUS Tech Assessment content externally.
Feedback & suggestions
Feedback or ideas shared with us may be used by ZEUS Tech Assessment freely and without compensation.
Pricing & payments
Plans:
Pro Plan: $99/month
Add-on: $20/month for 300 extra assessments
All payments via Stripe. ZEUS does not store card details.
Prices exclude tax. Plans auto-renew unless canceled.
Refund & cancellation policy
We offer a 90-day 100% money-back guarantee on all first-time Pro Plan purchases.
If you're unsatisfied, request a refund within 90 calendar days of purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
One refund per company account.
Excessive usage (e.g., over 500 assessments) may disqualify refund eligibility.
You may cancel your subscription anytime. Your access continues until the billing cycle ends.
Termination & Data access
You may terminate your account at any time.
After cancellation:
Data remains in read-only mode.
No new assessments can be sent
Data export is not supported
ZEUS may suspend misuse without refund.
Code of conduct
You agree not to:
Tamper or cheat on assessments
Copy or distribute test content
Use false identity
Violate laws or disrupt the system
Breaches may lead to immediate termination without refund.
Third-party tools
ZEUS uses Stripe for billing. Stripe’s policies apply.
We are not responsible for third-party outages or breaches.
Limitation of liability
ZEUS Tech Assessment is provided "as is" without guarantees.
We are not liable for test outcomes, platform uptime, or hiring decisions.
Maximum liability is limited to the subscription amount paid in the past 6 months.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Crebos, its affiliates, and staff against claims or losses arising from your use of ZEUS or breach of these Terms.
Dispute resolution
Governing law: India.
We will attempt mediation before legal action.
Unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mohali, Punjab.
Miscellaneous
These terms are the full agreement.
If any clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Rights may not be assigned without written consent.
